Session Overview:
Session on Dynamics 365 Implementation Portal features – Explain features available on the Dynamics Implementation portal to help/aid Partners and customers in Implementation, get required guidance, conduct Success By Design reviews and setting up Telemetry Insights to help them understand the environment health.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the purpose and benefits of the Dynamics 365 Implementation Portal and navigating portal interface: Explain how the portal assists customers and partners in achieving successful Dynamics 365 implementations by providing contextual guidance and risk mitigation strategies.
- Onboard and Manage Projects in the Dynamics 365 Implementation Portal – Demonstrate how to create, view, and manage implementation projects, including updating project details, adding users, and accessing tailored implementation guidance. Guide users through the process of creating or joining a project using the onboarding wizard, highlighting steps to set up project details and add team members
- Leverage Telemetry Insights for monitoring/optimization and access related Implementation Guidance – Introduce the Telemetry Insights feature, explaining how to set up telemetry, interpret recommendations, and use data-driven insights to optimize Dynamics 365 implementations. Show how to retrieve and utilize tailored implementation guidance based on the project’s profile to ensure alignment with best practices and the Success by Design framework.
