With over 15 years of experience in IT Leadership and implementing ERP systems, I have successfully navigated through various iterations of Dynamics 365 ERP products, from Navision through Dynamics 365 Business Central, and most recently, Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain. My passion lies in harnessing technology to optimize business processes.I am particularly enthusiastic about the integration capabilities of modern ERP platforms with technologies like the Power Platform and Copilot. My experience includes:~ Multiple full cycle ERP implementations~ Business Process mapping~ Manufacturing & Distribution process improvements~ Architecting solutions within the Microsoft stack~ Teaching, coaching, and speaking at user group conferences~ Creating, and building up SME (Subject Matter Expert) and Continuous Process Improvement teamsCurrently, I serve as a Solution Architect focusing on Presales Engineering at Innovia Consulting, a Microsoft Solutions partner.
