I think what you should do is.
– Check compatibility of Windows and PBI Desktop as they both should on sameĀ 32 or 64 bit ? – Disable/Stop PBI Gateway if any – Try reinstall latest PBI Desktop – If issue still persist, try install previous version fromĀ https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-latest-update-archive
