      Looking for urgent help, I’m not able to open the Power BI Desktop file. See the attached.

      Is this happening while opening to this file only or all files ? Is this file opened beforeĀ  ?

      Try enable tracing and see if it helps..

      It’s with all files, as I can not open any Power BI desktop instance, I can not go to option settings!

      Have you gone thru with Microsoft Document ?

      When I check the task manager , I see these processes running for Power BI desktop. Am I missing something here. If yes, how to resolve it?

      Its Normal behavior of running all these processes with Power BI Desktop.

      I think what you should do is.

      – Check compatibility of Windows and PBI Desktop as they both should on sameĀ  32 or 64 bit ?
      – Disable/Stop PBI Gateway if any
      – Try reinstall latest PBI Desktop
      – If issue still persist, try install previous version fromĀ
