Dear All,

I want to create a fixed template report for instance tenant contract, where user will select a tenant and can print the contract.

Is it possible in Power BI?

Hello Quasim,

You can print reports, and dashboards from the Power BI Service.

This means that you need to create the report in Power BI desktop, publish the report to Power BI, create a dashboard from the report, then share the dashboard with other users. 

You can also create the report within the Power BI Service, create a dashboard, then share the dashboard with other users.

When you share a dashboard the users will have access to the dashboard, report, and dataset.

From there, you can print either the dashboard, or report per the screenshot below:

Remember to create a slicer so that your users can select the tenant they wish to print the contract for.

Lastly, at this time there is no way to print a report from Power BI Desktop.
