Hi All

Could I please know the recommended platform in which to build financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement etc?

I know that traditionally, such reports were built using Financial Reporter however, it would be good to know the road map of this tool. For instance, if Microsoft is looking to deprecate Management Reporter and instead focus on Power BI, then it would make sense for me to build the Financial reports in Power BI.

Any steer or guidance on which of the tools to use would be much appreciated!

I have not seen an official info/statement that the financial / management reporter will be deprecated.
If you have more information on this then it would be great if you could share them.

?My two cents: Management Reporter is for the Accountant (created by Accountants for Accountants and great for GL financial statements, like Balance Sheets and Income Statements and other financial statements) and Power BI is for IT & Consultants (also great but for more advanced use cases).
