      Hi,
We are looking for a way to automate our Certificate of Conformance within D365 F&O. I’ve found that some people leverage the Product Safety Sheets for this, however, we have run into an issue trying to do so.

We have enabled the printing of product safety sheets and configured a couple of products via product compliance. The issue we are experiencing is that when we post a packing slip, the file configured as the safety sheet/CoC for that product will print to a PDF file as expected, but the packing slip does not print. If we do a pro forma packing slip, the packing slip with print but the safety sheet/CoC does not get generated.

Has anyone experienced this before or successfully configured this set up in their environment?

Just following up on this one – curious if there is anyone that has successfully implemented the safety sheets or using another method for CoC’s?

      Justin

Ā  Send me an email when you get time.Ā  Ā If they use the same Pro Forma Preview or Printing Settings like Macola ES, then I might have seen this before.Ā  What kind of printer is connected to the system

We ended up opening a ticket with Microsoft, who coincidently close the case shortly after stating that this was expected behavior.Ā

I upgraded our environment to 10.0.7 PU 31 and this is actually not an issue anymore. The safety sheet downloads when the packing slip is generated.
