Probably a lot of solutions in this space – one of my current clients is using ShipStation which seems to be quite advanced & professional. I helped build the integration with it and D365. It has standard integrations into the different package carriers, along with standard integrations into various order marketplaces. It also has the ability to setup automation rules to help organize orders within it’s system & can handle the ship notification emails to customers.

One of my colleagues reminded me that BluJay Gateway for D365 did a presentation at Summit that was good. If you don’t have access to that type “BluJay Gateway for D365” into Youtube. First thing that comes up is a pretty good presentation/demo on their Parcel/TMS solution for AX/F&O.

Microsoft has an official program of certified Dynamics software providers called Appsource.  There are great options for TMS and many other things.  They are certified and bound to managing through Dynamics updates, technology requirements, etc.  You can find the entire list here:

My company Blue Horseshoe originally wrote the TMS and WMS that is now the base WMS and TMS, and we have a solution in Appsource that specifically addresses the needs outlined in your question.  DHL is not listed in the webpage writeup, but is supported. You can find that here:
