I am doing some researches on document capture software. I found the softwares below:

Continia, Exflow, Medius

Does anyone have any experience in these software or other suggestion?

We use a product called Docuware and have integrated with our NAV to load documents based on PO or Sales Order numbers.  It handles all our routings and approvals.

NAV 2018 and prior does have its own SCAN/Capture built in.

Write down your requirements as each software is different, including each one has different levels of the product. 

Never over buy something for simple things that can be done.

Received electronic documents are integrated into the document
management features, that is, they are stored in Incoming
Documents, along with PDF or scanned paper invoices, from
which the user can create Purchase Invoices and Purchase Credit
Memos, or General Journal Lines, and add text-to-account rules
to automatically default account rules based on the vendor or
line data. Errors and warnings in connection with the conversion
are available for the incoming document, and links to the
document enables navigation from any created document,
posted document, or ledger entry in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Zetadocs PDF integrates with scanning equipment so that copies of paper documents can be combined into a single document.  Once scanned, the document can be combined with other documents and faxed or emailed securely.  The scanned document can also be stored on the network to be easily accessible, whilst reducing storage and postage costs.
