      Hello everyone,

      One of my usersĀ is unable toĀ print afterĀ she post a journal by clicking on “Post and Print.” I did confirm she can print from her Windows 7 operating system, by performing a Test Print Page.Ā  She can also print reports from NAV 2017 that opens up in Excel, so we ruled out issues with her printer.Ā  She is setup a as “Super” user and others people in our company who are setup as Super User don’t seem to have this issue.Ā Ā 

      Anyone experienced with this issue?

      We’ve run into this scenario before, where after selecting post and print for journal, invoice, credit memo, etc, the post report doesn’t print and it is tied to the individual user.Ā  What we have found is that there is a filter at the GL entry level that has gotten set.

      Solution:

      Ā 

      Check the following for filters:

      Ā 

      -Fin. Mgmt > General Ledger > Reports > Entries > G/L RegisterĀ 

      -Clear any filters on G/L Register and G/L Entry tabs

      -Test Post & Print

      Ā 

      Also, if you want to print any reports after the fact that were missed because of above, go to:

      Ā 

      -Fin. Mgmt > General Ledger > History > RegistersĀ 

      -Search by entry number > Register button > select appropriate ledgerĀ 

      -Select entry > Navigate > Print

      Thanks Stuart for your help!

      Right after I posted my issue we received assistance from our VAR and he walked us through the steps you posted above so this works.

      The only thing I couldn’t duplicate are these steps when I tried going through the steps.Ā  Btw the support section of Open Door is great, filled with many how to resources…so thank you again!
