Hello,ĀI am looking to exchange thoughts, ideas and discuss some challenges related to compliance with regulations relevant to public companies using NAV (specifically- SOX).Ā
If anyone in the forum is able to relate to this matter and is willing to share, it would be a pleasure to get in touch.Ā ĀThank you very much in advance !

While I can’t help you with public company contacts, I will point you at various resources the BCUG|NAVUG site has regarding SOX.Ā Go to the top of the page and enter “SOX” in the search box.Ā The result will be several discussion posts, webinars, and downloads related to SOX compliance and NAV.Ā Take a look.Ā Hope this helps.

I have just satisfied a very detailed set of audit requirements for a SOX audit.Ā Ā The auditor was GT.
I’ve also presented on “The auditors are here and they have a few questions” at NaV Focus last year.
I’m happy to speak with you and I’m happy to check with my client, Nathan’s Famous, if they’d be willing to speak with you.Ā But any IT/Security issues I’d be the guy to answer.
What is your role in the company so i can figure out who you might want to speak to?
Please contact me directly if interested.Ā Adam@redthree.com——————————

Hi,
We’re a public company using NAV2016. I’ve been sitting in on many of our annual SOX review meetings. I’d be happy to answer any specific questions. I can also introduce you to our Director, SOX Compliance. I’m sure he’d be happy to talk to you.Cheers
