[Brian Kooshian]

I cannot find any field in which to put a person’s job title on their contact card. Can anyone help?

We are running NAV 2015, btw.

you can use field “organizational level code” for the job title.

if you can’t see the field, try “show more fields” and/or “customize this page” to add that field, if it’s hidden.
additional, the field is only editable for person contacts.

It doesn’t help either that there is a field within the Contacts table called “Job Title”. Confusing? Yes. LOL

?Since the field does indeed exist, a develop can add it to the Contact Card.  No need to keep it hidden away from use!   I think it is hidden, however, because it was meant for integration with Microsoft CRM.

The Job Title can be found on the Name Details screen related to the contact, which can be found by clicking on the Ellipsis next to the Name field.
