      Hello All,
I trust that you are well.

I am implementing BC in Australia.
In the Cronus AU company i am able to see the STATE field under the Address tab for Vendors and Customers, however, when I go to my Production or UAT companies, this field is not available.

I have ensured that the field is not hidden or it is not in the Personalization side.

Any idea why this would be the case and how I could resolve this?

      regards,

      Jay

Check General Ledger setup and Country setup for field order and setup.

      Hello Ron,
      Thank you for your response.
      You were spot on.
On the General Ledger Setup the ‘Local Address Format’ was set to Postcode+City.
I changed that to City+State+Postcode and it now shows the STATE field for any new records but not for the existing records.
      Regards,

      Jay

Try doing a Rapid Start to export the customer records and then reimport with the state.  That should work for you.

      Hello Ron,
      Thanks for that.
This is a UAT Company for now so will redo the import.
At least it is resolved before getting to production.
      Thank you for your assistance.
      Regards,
      Jay
