I am stumped on how to make a customer inactive. Is there a simple box that can be click in order to do this?Ā

      Dynamics NAV version is 13.9.Ā

      Thanks,
      Jason A. Natanson

      Hi Jason,

I think the option you are looking for is a field called “Blocked” (see screen shot below). It is located on the General fast-tab and allows you to block a customer when they are no longer active. You can also block a customer just for “shipping” if e.g. they still have a balance to pay that you still expect to close but no longer want to ship to them. I hope this helps and gives you what you are looking for. Thanks
