Culture as a Leadership Operating System

Session Overview: “Most leaders think culture is a feeling, high-performing organizations treat it like an operating system.
Every organization has a culture but few leaders intentionally design it. High-performing teams don’t happen by accident; they are built through systems that align people, behaviors, and leadership habits.
In this session, Aaron Rhodes introduces the Company Culture OS, a practical operating system built on five processes Mindset, Behaviors, Language, Systems, and Beyond that help organizations transform culture into a leadership operating system.
Leaders will discover how clarity and consistency compound over time to strengthen alignment, accountability, and performance across teams. Through practical examples and actionable insights, attendees will learn how to intentionally design culture so their organizations can scale leadership, sustain performance, and create lasting impact.
