Using Customer Insights Data to Support Sales and Service in Dynamics and Power Apps
In this demo-heavy session we will dive into how to configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Service apps to surface Customer Insights data to the users where they are. We will also show how to connect and create Canvas Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI to integrate with the segments, profile data, measures and more that Customer Insights has generated from disparate data sources and activities.
