BC features you didn’t know you had: 15 things hiding in plain sight that will change how you work
Session Overview: Most Business Central users learn the ten things they need to survive go-live and then stop. This session is for everyone who has been in BC for six months to three years and has a nagging feeling they are doing things the hard way. We will walk through 15 features; some brand new in 2026, some that have been there for years and go almost entirely unnoticed, that end users discover and immediately wonder how they ever lived without. No AL code. No admin setup required. These are features you can use today, in your live environment, starting Monday morning. Every example is shown live in Business Central with real screens, real data, and honest tips on when each feature actually saves you time versus when it is not worth the effort.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify at least five underused BC features currently available in your environment that can reduce manual steps in daily finance, purchasing, or sales workflows
- Review some of the newest features released that can change your day to day processes
- Use BC’s built-in analyze mode, Excel layouts, and document search tools to answer business questions in minutes instead of requesting IT help
