<p>&#8220;Quantity 1.00 cannot be registered and received because inventory transactions having status Ordered or Arrived are insufficient.&#8221;</p>
<p>1. We have been able to receive against this PO previously, and there are quantities remaining&hellip;</p>

Our exchange rates may have been incorrect for the dates the rates were pulled, so the entry was incorrect.  We have since corrected the exchange rates.  Is there a way to reverse the elimination journal that was created and posted? &hellip;</p>

I&#8217;ve tested and it doesn&#8217;t work that way, but is there any out of the box functionality that I could run that would reset the attribute&hellip;</p>

<p>I checked and the intended approver doesn&#8217;t have any delegation rules (active or history), but that was a great idea.</p>
<p>The workflow history shows that it routed the task directly to the submitter, it didn&#8217;t time out or show anything different than other instances where it routes it to a user&#8217;s manager.  The workflow is behaving like&hellip;</p>

The workflow is fine for all other users, however for 1 user in particular, when they submit journals for approval, the workflow routes it back to them for approval instead of their manager.  I just tested the workflow by submitting a journal and it sent the journal into my&hellip;</p>
