I have not seen this happen before. If you added a new lookup to the solution then the relationship would be added. The related Table would also be added if it was not already in the solution. However, I do not understand why the relationships would appear one day and then be gone the next.

As far as I know, you cannot create an Excel Template from an existing workbook. You have to start by exporting the data and then building the template. That is because the template is based on the Dynamics data. So I suspect your error is because you do not have a tab of Dynamics data with the GUIDs and such. Good luck!

Sorry just catching up on my notifications! I would start with Viva Sales and the Next Best Action. Basically any of the AI offerings within Dynamics 365 is a great way to start. Then after you see the power you can start customizing and making your own.

Viva Sales is a great way to start. Also be on the lookout for all the co-pilot announcements. I do not think we have a date yet when this will be coming to Dynamics but it will help add AI for your users for standard Dynamics functionality.
