<p>I have tried to enter the CVV code to both new and existing credit cards, but when I enter the code, it appears to take, but when I click Manage, Save, it disappears.  </p>
<p>Has anyone had this issue &amp; how did you fix it?</p>

<p>Our IT just turned off Directed Put-Away, so we are using Physical Inventory Journals for our cycle counts now.  </p>
<p>I just ran the first one and selected a specific bin.  There were items that were in the shipping bin that were not in the cycle count and vice versa.  </p>
<p>Does anyone know why this happened &amp; what I can do to fix this?</p>

<p>We just started using Avalara &amp; have an issue with Sales Return Orders.  </p>
<p>The ship-to location is our warehouse in CO, so Avalara is calculating the sales tax based on CO rather than the location where the customer is located.  This is correct considering that it is the ship-to location that determines the sales tax amount.</p>

<p>We would like to be able to create an item once and have it populate into 2 of the companies.  Is this possible?  If yes, how would this be done?</p>

<p>We use Advanced Warehousing.  We have items set up in Bins and the default box is checked for the Bin/Location we want the item to be pulled from.  </p>
<p>The system is pulling quantities from other Bins/Locations rather than using the default Bin.</p>
<p>Has anyone run into this?</p>

<p>I have created recurring sales lines using an item, but I cannot enter a dollar amount for the sale price.  </p>
<p>Does anyone know if I can create recurring invoices with a dollar amount in some other way?  </p>
