Copilot Studio Deep Dive
Copilots are changing how organizations are working. They are simplifying how users perform their daily work, as well as simplifying customer interactions. Copilot studio provides organizations with the ability to build and deliver new copilots, as well as extend existing ones. In this session, we will explore what Copilot studio is, how it has evolved from Power Virtual Agents, and how to use it to build useful copilots. We will share with attendees examples of different copilots in action. Additionally, we will walk through the different components such as Topics, Entities, Generative AI, Conversational Plugins, AI Plugins, Prompts, Models, Skills and more. Additionally, we will provide student with tips and tricks for building and extending Copilots.
