When you created the Web Services Page, did you do it as an API Page or just a Page? You can also create a query page as an option.

I forgot to note that if you are looking to edit the Subject default of the email, not just the body, this portion is not an out of the box functionality as of yet. However, there are addons that allows you to do this or you may have an extension already.

You can set up BC on Outlook for onprem. Assuming you’ve already installed the add-in but can’t get it to connect. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/admin-outlook).

There are several things you will need to configure within Exchange online. A little bit more hoops to go through but it is possible.

Yes, you can run that multiple times and on schedule. That’s the purpose of the cloud migration is for you to slowly move your data to the cloud.
