I was searching online and believe I found the issue.  It seems with Windows 11 newer print dialog if you have a custom report that is set to print in landscape it will ignore that and default to print in portrait.  So, every time you print you have to either manually change it to print in landscape each time or you&hellip;</p>

<p>Have you verified that you&#8217;ve also installed SmartList Builder?</p>
<p>SLB is what is controlling the view of smartlists, SmartView is just another SmartList view, not the SmartLists themselves.</p>
<p>If you do not install SmartList Builder then any customer SmartLists they built with the Builder will not be visible.</p>

<p>I have discovered an issue with Managment Reporter (MR) and unposted Journal Entries not appearing in MR Reports that are run (posted and unposted activity).</p>
<p><span>When we looked at the Table GL10001, we found that the missing entries were missing the Batch ID, but the users name was in the field instead.</span></p>

<p>I believe this option only works when using the Report Options Screen (Inventory &gt; Reports &gt; Setup) &#8211; not printing from the BOM screen.  </p>
<p>In this screen &#8211; I&#8217;ve attached the image where you can turn on Bill and Component notes which then show the notes entered on each of those screens for each of the options selected.</p>

I submitted two today and only had issues when submitting a second session—it refreshes the page and gives you a message at the top requiring you to submit the form a second time. The message isn&#8217;t too clear, but it seems like it went through.</p>

This issue with the import of assets into the group was a problem with the file. Excel placed leading zeroes on each asset ID which messed everything up. But realized there may be a limit on the amount of assets that can be mass retired at one time. The original group was created with 500 assets, and GP appeared to be working and even&hellip;</p>

Worked with the user and watched what he did. He was creating a new group by importing from excel the assets he wants to retire. Upon completion of the import the report that printed had only two columns of data; one showing the asset id and and the second saying that the No suffix exists, nuts. Didn&#8217;t get that screenshot. Ugh.&hellip;</p>
