Check out SalesPad by Cavallo. They have a customer portal as well as integrations to Shopify and WooCommerce. The latter two are eCommerce sites that I suspect you could limit access to so only your customers could see them.

Can you post the specific build numbers of 18.4 and 18.6 you’re looking at? There are possibly different steps that need to be reviewed (and possibly multiple hops to do) depending on the detailed version numbers. Examples: 18.4.1384 and 18.6.1728.
