<p>This probably won&#8217;t work, but here&#8217;s where you can try to add the document number.  In Purchasing Transactions go to Edit Transaction Information.  Pick the vendor then Doc Type of Payment. Since you don&#8217;t have a payment number, do a look up and see if by any chance it will let you &#8216;select&#8217; the blank record that you see. <p>Check out SalesPad by Cavallo.  They have a customer portal as well as integrations to Shopify and WooCommerce. The latter two are eCommerce sites that I suspect you could limit access to so only your customers could see them.</p>

<p>Can you post the specific build numbers of 18.4 and 18.6 you&#8217;re looking at?  There are possibly different steps that need to be reviewed (and possibly multiple hops to do) depending on the detailed version numbers.  Examples: 18.4.1384 and 18.6.1728.</p>
