Also be sure to check your Company Email Settings show you have selected ‘PDF’ as an attachment

Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Company > Email Settings
Review the “Send Documents as Attachments” section to ensure “PDF” is checked

We use the software and it does a good job. We too have two signatures on each check and Merkorma is able to handle it. Fairly easy software to setup. Haven’t had any issues with it.
