We use document attachment for our AP and I would like to create a smartlist so we can verify all invoices have the attachment. I am tying to find the Document attachment master table but cannot. I am assuming it is not set up for our role – where can I find it so I can add this to my role so I can create the report?

I am looking for a report in GP or smartlist that will show me all a customers invoices with the payments applied to them. Can someone point me in the right direction?

One last question – when entering the deferral in AP – the description is not flowing over with the deferral entry to financial. Is there a way to do this?

I have been able to add the security task to the AP role to enter a deferral but she still cannot access the deferral profiles. Does anyone know what security task I need to enable for her to access?
