Check your user license type. Limited licenses can not post some transactions and it presents as a permission error.

One common scenario would be that we sell some hardware. It comes with a warranty and the option to purchase an extended warranty. I would like to be able to attach that to the item from within the sales order. You can do that with a subscription and seems like it will handle the invoicing and renewals wonderfully.

This is resolved. The users with the 3 column layout had their Chrome zoom set to 90%.

We have an on-premises instance of BC. We have had some users layouts change on card views, such as the item card, from 2-column to 3-columns. We are also in a GCC High environment. Is anyone aware of what updates may be causing the change? Is there a way to choose between the 2-column and 3-column?

I’m attempting to test out the feature to convert user group permissions using the User Group Migration guide. When I make my selection for actions and continue I get an error message that says “The field ‘App ID’ must be empty for permission sets of scope ‘System’.” We are on premise. Has anyone encountered this error?
