<p>I was wondering if there was a way to sync contacts from D365 CE to Outlook contacts that you are not the owner/assigned contact for in CE. We have several contacts saved in CRM that communicate with multiple sales people and only the one that is listed as the owner of that Contact record in CRM is able to sync that record to his&hellip;</p>

<p>I have been gifted some older Power Automate flows to manage and when I open a couple of these flows, I get this yellow banner across the top that says: &#8220;Editing this managed flow will create customizations stored in the existing active unmanaged layer.&#8221; I&#8217;m not quite sure what this means, but I assume it has something to do with&hellip;</p>

<p>Is it possible to take an excel file that is actually a saved report that I created in CE and upload it as a template? The attached photo is the two entities I am using in my report.</p>
<p>This is the message I keep getting when I try to do that: &#8220;The file is invalid. The original data worksheet has been deleted or removed.&#8221;</p>
