Since I wanted to remove W-2 Box 14 data, I searched UPR0400, UPR00500, and UPR00600 for ’14’ in the 4 box number fields. An example for UPR00400:

SELECT * from UPR00400 where W2BXNMBR = ’14’

I just wanted to add this into the documentation for anyone that might be pondering it. The miscalculation is increasing after each weekly payroll. Just before it was first noticed, we had a power failure during the payroll process. So some sort of corruption sounds likely.

The total for the Wages column on our 6/30/2025 Payroll State Tax Summary Report is off by $0.01. It resembles a math error in addition. If you add up the amounts in that column, the total should end in $.57. Instead, the report shows a total ending in $.58. Any suggestions on how to research and resolve this?
