Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately this is not a consistent issue. So removing the 3rd party from the launch file may not tell us anything.

We will install the update/hot fix to Power Tools this week.

Thank you!

Attached is the error returned when the initial login screen is cancelled, unfortunately it does not have a table name.

I do not see an option to clear the SQLLastUser, in the Dex.ini Settings window in GP Power Tools. Are you referring to the Configuration Maintanenance Window? Which table would it be?

Thank you!

We are running GP2018 on a terminal server.

We are having a sporadic problem where the last user who signed on to GP 2018 populates the user id field. I have attached a screen shot of the login screen that comes up. It is not the usual login screen.

I have checked the Dex.ini file and RememberUser = FALSE and DefaultLastUser =…

It deducted from the employee , but did not post to payables. Previous weeks have posted fine to payables, other garnishments posted to payables this week. Any ideas why changing the amount would effect the posting to payables?

I checked the APR_PIP40100, all looks good there.

We just realized that the GP FUTA report is reducing wages by a health insurance deduction. Cannot see any thing in setup that references it being FUTA exempt. Table UPR30300 reflects that the deduction is not subject to FUTA. Any suggestions on how we can find what is causing this?
