Could this be a SQL property change and not found in the configuration?

Do not have cash or account on terms and didnot toggle yet. I should know better than to not send the actual warning I cannot get past – it happens when trying to confirm the order also but because we have an integration to the sales order we see it at invoicing.

Getting errors when trying to invoice COD orders that do not have a method of delivery. I do not get an error on any other type of payment term without a method of delivery. Where can I turn this off. Checked customer master, and payment term but cannot find where I can turn off this requirement.
