Our testing of the workflow in Power Automate was successful as well.  It didn&#8217;t go back for approval when changing the posting date for receipt.  &#x1f642;</p>

We have an approval process tied to our PO using Power Automate.  We&#8217;ll test to see if changing the header date for the receipt date will send it back for approval.  </p>
<p>We are using the basic warehousing.  We did check the Purchase &amp; Payables setup page to did see that work date was set.  </p>

<p>We are testing Purchase Orders Receipts and noticed the Posting Date on the Item Ledger Entries is the date the Purchase Order was created.  Is there a way to get the Purchase Receipt date added to the item ledger entries?  We have one team that has multiple lines on their PO and will have many different receipt dates.  They want to&hellip;</p>

We are testing to see what Continia and BC do with an invoice that comes in with 3 POs and has been fully received.  Continia can recognize and automatically match the different PO#s, the receipts, and the amount of the invoice.  That works great!  When the Purchase&hellip;</p>
