You need to add the lines to the payment journal in alphabetical order if you want to print in that order. I&#8217;m not aware of any way to tell the system to print in alphabetical order after the lines&hellip;</p>

<p>You can accomplish this on the data exchange definition by going into field mapping and setting up a transformation rule for the record type code.  I&#8217;ve attached a screenshot of what the transformation should look like.  </p>

<p><span>In that instance, in addition to the recurring item set up, what I would do set up a sales price for that customer/item.  Then when you generate the invoice the recurring sales line will bring in the item and it will pull the price from the customer sales price. </span></p>
