I am a software developer and I am new in Power BI, I created reports and dashboards in Power BI that my customers would be very interested to use. I am using Power BI for desktop for free and I don’t know how to offer my customers this service, what would be the next step, I mean go to Power BI Pro?? and what would my customers have to do??

You could publish your reports to web then share those links with all of your customers, embed them into a site or product.

Hi,
First thing you have to “know” is what they want. You can not proppose something unknow.
If they don’t have an automated tool to see any metric like a sales or inventory for example, well, so you can proppose a power bi report (automated) by history for example and with this one they’ll be amazed.
