This morning I completed all the steps of the YE Close process for the SOP module. After performing the YE Close for both Fiscal & Calendar Year, my YTD accumulators didn’t update. In the Receivables Year-End Close screen it even shows the last closing date as 1/5/17.
I’m not sure how this would have anything to do with it but my system received an error that GP had stopped working when I was trying to print the report and kicked me completely out of the system. I would think that the process would’ve already been complete at the time of printing the report.
Has anyone else had this happen and where do I go from here?
I do have a call in to our support desk but since time is of the essence I also wanted to reach out here.

You may want to try the reconcile function in the Utilities menu. Here is a screen shot.
