      We have been using Greenshades for the last 2 years and overall we are very disappointed with their customer service and product.  Apparently our benefits are too customized for their system abilities so we have come to a point that we need to shop around for a new product.

      We would like the product to do daily employee self-service functions: benefit changes, address changes, emergency contact updates, etc.  We would also like to be able to use it for our annual open enrollment, ACA reporting and potentially W2 distribution.

      Anyone have a great product that collaborates with GP really well with minimal issues in the setup/implementation process?

      Hi Rachel,

      Have you checked out GP’s Employee and Benefits Self Service functionality?  Employees can update the information you listed as well as do Benefits Open Enrollment. 

      I am anxious to hear what other customers are using, too!
