When the user opens Sales Item Detail Entry and click on the Blue Arrow, it pulls up the Sales Ship to Address Entry and it is pulling the wrong address ( it is defaulting to our city, state and not the customers).

If you click on the blue Ship to Address ID – it pulls up the correct address:

Any ideas why?  It’s not doing this on any other computers – just this one user.

      Hi,
If it’s only happening on one workstation, I would copy the code from another workstation and overwrite the code on the errant workstation. If it is truly user-specific, I would look at security. Copy the security from another user (who’s security is supposed to match) and overwrite the existing security. If neither of those solutions work, I’d have to go deeper. First, please let us know if any of the above solutions were successful.
      Kind regards,
      Leslie

I notice that you are running Dynamics.ZIP Kamp Data or equivalent Third Party for taxes (see tax schedule ID 23220 A) and that the Shipping Method is Technician which may be set to “Pickup” not Delivery.

Dynamics ZIP uses its own methodology for Shipping Addresses and Taxes based on Shipping Methods Pickup vs Delivery  and can be different than core GP methodology.

I would suggest that not all users are running Dynamics. ZIP for Taxes and thus they will get different results workstation by work station where it is not installed.

Go to your Customization Status and temporarily disable the Third Party app for Taxes to verify.
