When I just tried to run a reconcile on the sales leger, current customer information I got this error message. What does it mean?

Deana – check these RM tables for any bad/incomplete records, particularly the RM00101 table.

Hi, Whenever I’ve had this error, it was because the statement cycle was blank. This is a required field, but for some reason it didn’t default. It’s something that comes up often if customers are imported without the benefit of the business logic. Look at the RM00101.STMTCYCLÂ field and check for blank or ‘0’ valued records. To fix it, just select a statement cycle, or enter the appropriate number. Kind regards, Leslie
