There is a voided payment that is stuck in GP, however it can’t be seen in any dialog that I can find.

The only place I found it is in the RM00401 table with a DCStatus = 1, so apparently it’s in a ‘work’ status.

I’d rather remove it through GP if there’s a way, is there?
Or do I have to remove it from the table?

Hi Shelley,

Often stuck transactions like this will be cleared up by running Check Links and then Reconcile. That would be the way to try to fix it without touching the SQL tables directly.
