      Hi installing the web components for Dynamics GP 2016 and the installer stops at Runtime Services URL
      Not sure how to get around this.

      I am bouncing my head off a bit later step in the same process. I have seen this screen many times while attempting multiple scenarios. My install is a scaled-out one, with a separate Web Client Server and a Session Server.

      either way, a SSL Certificate is required (it does say so, <grin>). Get your Certificate or Certificates set up before starting the Web Component installation, and you will get past this screen. See Chapter 9 of the Web Components Installation and Administration Guide.

      Hmm, I’ve got SSL certificate setup, maybe I need 2?

      This is for a demo/dev installation and I planned on using the default site (since the documentation indicates that I can) which makes it easier as I don’t have control of DNS for multi-homing or IP addresses.

      I suppose I could ask for a couple of aliases and create separate sites to make thing easier <snicker>?

      Okay, so a private key seems to be the issue; Once I test the private key, if it works I’ll update this thread.
