We are getting an error when trying to print a batch.  First, it immediately changes the batch to a posting interrupted when we are only trying to print  You then can’t recover from batch recovery, so we have to cleanout tables and set the batch to open in SQL.  When we try to print again ..same deal, sets the batch to posting interrupted and gives the following SQL error.

The only thing we see that is slightly different than any other batch we have used is that this one contains variable allocations.  We checked and accounts are setup correctly.  Also, we manually entered the transactions in the financial entry screen under another user and had the same problem (rule out security issue).  The batch should even be trying to post, we are simply trying to print ..as we always do.

      Has anyone seen this before?

      Hi Billie,

This can be ugly but this kb article may give you some clues so you don’t have to go step-by-step.

      Good luck!
