I’m trying to email our customer statements for the first time on my new computer. We are using GP 2013R2 and I’ve never received this error on my old computer – so not sure if there is a different setting or what.Â
“Path for the E-mail Status Report is not set up. Statements will not be e-mailed.”
Any thoughts on what could be causing this and how to get GP to email them out?

You got an invalid path somehow in your dex.ini file in the GP data folder. The path should look something like this: EmailStatusPath = \servernamesharedfolder Maybe see what it was on your old  computer Make sure there is a trailing slash.
