I am new to the whole Great Plains system and am searching for the answer on my boss’s behalf. We have financial reports that will not open saying they are currently open or being printed. We’ve learned that if we create new reports that the old reported information will open as well. Is there a way to delete the old ones to reduce confusion? For example: we have 2 income statement reports and 3 balance sheet reports. Can I reduce them to one each. Thanks in advance!

Ben,
First, could you let us know which reporting tool you’re referring to? There are several:
Native Dexterity-based
SmartLists
SSRS
Management Reporter
There are different processes for deleting reports for each.
