We have contracts that will have a 10 year term and will want to bill as follows:
Year one – Bill on July 1st
Year two – Bill on July 1st and January 1st
Year three – Bill on July 1st and January 1st
Year four ..Year five, etc. (Bill on July 1st and January 1st)
How can we bill once the first year and bill two times for future contracts years? Is there a way to set the varying bill dates for each year, or do we just have to know to adjust the billing dates after year 1?

Do you track contracts through Project Accounting? Does customer require billing amount for each period not to exceed/below certain number?——————————————-
Binary Stream’s Advanced Recurring Contract Billing allows you to create varying schedules per line. The new Milestone Billing module allows you to create a series of milestones / events and put whatever date on them you want, up front so that there is no need to adjust, or worse, forget to adjust in the future. Once the milestone date is reached, the invoices will be generated. So your schedule would be quite simple to set up.
If you want to explore this further, reach out to me directly (neil@binarystream.com) and we can talk it through and I can show you how our product works…no obligation on your part!
