Hi,
We currently issue multiple quotes for sales.  We are trying to figure out the best way to combine multiple quotes into a singular sales order.  I know there are 3rd party software solutions out there, so looking to see people’s experience with them.  For a little background, we are only dealing with non-inventory, drop shipped items (i.e. no kits, WIP, inventory, etc).

Alternatively if easier, what is the best method to combine multiple sales orders into a singular invoice?

Hi Brad, 

Based on your question, you’d probably want to take a look at Sales Document Consolidation, which is a small app that will allow you to merge unposted quotes together into a single quote, which can then be transferred to an invoice and posted. The product also will also allow for sales orders and invoices to also be consolidated. If you want to see a quick demo of the product, there’s a demo available on YouTube here.
