Hi – I’m new to GP Security and need to know where to give a user who has the Collector Role access to print the Collections Notes Detail.  They get “not privileged to run this report”.  The Collections Manager role is allowed to print this report.  I’ve looked through the Task ID’s of the Collector and the Collector looking at all Windows/Series and can’t find what this would be.  Any ideas..

I think you’re looking under Windows rather than Reports.  Try this on the Task you think is the correct place it shod be granted:

Product:  Collections Management
Type:  Reports
Series:  Sales

There is an Operation listed named Collections Notes Detail which sounds like what you’re needing.

That is just the Alternate/Modified forms security, if you have not modified the report, you’d just control security through Administration > Setup > System > Security Tasks
