This looks like a modified form. If you use the original Dynamics GP form, do you have any problems?

What Leslie means by Modified form is that you are using a form that has been modified from the GP original. This is what I show for Item Maintenance.
So for whoever does the security for you should switch this screen back to Microsoft GP and then see if when you make changes that they save. That will at least start to narrow down where to look for the issue.

It is in Security. Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports. Check under Item Maintenance in Inventory. I am showing the Payables as we have modified the form so you can see what it looks like in Security. Make sure Item Maintenance has the radio button checked for Microsoft Dynamics GP and not a modified or customized form.

Josue,
you’re looking at the wrong place.. Your windows is called “Items” under the invetory module.. not purchasing item maintenance.
Then expend the tree and select the Alternate/Modified Form for the security

I don’t have much modified Forms&Reports, but you shuld see something like this below with a (Modified) in parenthesis.
