      Hi All,

My company is relatively new to GP and we didn’t get proper training from our consulting firm. Would the Amplify Conference be a good place to learn how to use GP more efficiently?

      Thank you.

      Hello Karla,

      My vote is YES.

It is close for your team! I am going to be presenting at 3 sessions that are a good fit for newer users. I will be showing lots of tips and tricks.

      • ?Tuesday, March 21, 2017
        • ?8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: GP User to GP Superhero in Less than 1 Hour
      • ?Wednesday, March 22, 2017
        • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: More Bang for your Buck! Dynamics GP & Microsoft Office
        • ?3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: GP User to GP Superhero in Less than 1 Hour (Repeat)

Also, I would highly recommend registering your users for some classes offered through GPUG Academy. I am going to be leading a class:

      • Monday, March 20,2017
        • ???8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Dynamics GP Smorgasbord – Tips and Tricks for the Newer User

Lastly, if you have time this week, I will be doing a virtual class:  Academy – Beyond the Basics: Financials (on Tuesday at 8:45 Pacific Time). It will cover lots of tips for GP Financial modules (AP, AR, GL). The class will be small and you are welcome to ask lots of questions.

Let me know what you decide!

Lastly, make sure you check out the huge library of recorded Webinars here on the GPUG site!

I second Amber comments. This will be a smaller, more intimate gathering. Not only will you learn a lot, you’ll get to know people who can help you for years to come.

Yes, yes, and yes.  And as Mark states, the contacts you make will be there long after Amplify ends.  You will find the GP user community is a great bunch of knowledgeable people who are happy to share that knowledge with you.

      Hi Karla,

Thank you to Amber, Mark and Kim for chiming in! I would have to agree that I believe GPUG Amplify is an excellent place for you and your colleagues to learn how to use Dynamics GP more effectively.

We have a fantastic line-up of presenters – Mark Polino, Amber Bell, Leslie Vail, Belinda Allen, Mariano Gomez, Rod O’Connor.. the list goes on! These are people who are truly experts within the Dynamics GP community. Browse sessions

Plus, the intimate nature of the GPUG Amplify event will allow you to have one-on-one conversations with the aforementioned presenters, your GP peers, and the Microsoft Dynamics GP Support team. Come to the event prepared with a list of questions and pain points, and leave fully equipped to tackle those challenges back at the office.

      Regards,
      Delaney
