Thanks for the reply Jo. I was searching online and believe I found the issue. It seems with Windows 11 newer print dialog if you have a custom report that is set to print in landscape it will ignore that and default to print in portrait. So, every time you print you have to either manually change it to print in landscape each time or you can restore the legacy print dialog by making registry setting change.
