Warehouse Insight is a decent app. The main thing I like about it is the ability to make a custom app for a particular workflow. Taken completely custom, you can use many things in Business Central (that have nothing to do with warehousing) with a custom app and a small orchestration codeunit.

The negative feedback I’ve gotten about the Warehouse Insight app is the same as most of these WMS apps: the buttons and controls are small without a way to enlarge them. This is primarily an issue in food because of often being in cold storage or a walk-in freezer when doing warehouse operations. This is not a problem in regular-temperature dry storage, of course. (I’ve vaguely considered making a “cold WMS” BC app that had giant, resizable controls you could use with insulated gloves on.)
