    Lewis – So over the years I have approached this by creating a custom Page (NAV) that allows Users to enter information on the page and then a supervisor/reviewer would approve and execute the request. The User had a limited user license. Approvers were mixed.

    I also have looked at Tipalti lately who has a Purchase Req. side and fully integrated to NAV and BC, if you upgrade. http://www.tipalti.com
